after switching my flow energy plan to a different company, ive been getting loads of calls, emails and even debt notices linked to this number. flow energy processed the final payment using my usual direct debit and shut down my account properly, no one asked me for extra money. funny thing is, these callers claim to be from national debtline.

I received a couple of calls where the person on the line barely spoke above a whisper and sounded very hesitant. Both times they wanted to talk to someone specific, but only used their first name. The numbers seemed to come from abroad as well. Each call was for a different individual.

I’ve received a couple of calls where they only wanted to chat with someone by their first name. The calls sound like they’re coming from far away, all fuzzy and unsure at the start. This happened twice, each time they were asking for a different person.

I’m not a Flow Energy customer or anything, but they just won’t stop ringing me! Proper annoying!

I've never even used Flow Energy, but somehow I keep getting calls from them. I've blocked at least three different numbers by now. I've told them clearly I'm not the person they're trying to reach, yet they just keep ringing non stop. It's getting really annoying!
