I received a call from this number and it turns out they're a new company called Maintenance Options. They claimed they obtained our information from the C.S.A., but we've never had any interactions with them whatsoever. It's quite concerning as they seem to operate like cold callers and, as of now, they don’t even have a website up and running. Just be wary if you get a call from 08452930004!

We received a call from these individuals after they sought some information from us, which struck us as rather peculiar. Consequently, we chose not to respond at all. To this day, we remain baffled as to why they even attempted to contact us in the first place.

I reached out to the Direct Gov helpline to get some clarity, and they confirmed that the number is genuine. We've received calls from this number three times now, and each time, when we answer, they hang up. My neighbour has been having a rough time with the CSA and even talked about taking legal action due to the harassment. Now that the CSA has shut its doors, this group is apparently looking into various cases. To be fair, when we did manage to get someone on the line, they were quite helpful; it's just the incessant cold calling that gets right on my nerves.
