08009880335 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number โ˜Ž๏ธ 08009880335 ๐Ÿ‘† is reported as a persistent scam involving unsolicited calls claiming the recipient has won a free holiday, often to destinations like Spain, Tenerife, or Portugal. Callers refer to a reference code and an 0800 number, urging victims to call back and pay a small administrative fee or provide personal financial details. Many recognise this as a timeshare sales tactic disguised as a prize offer, with presentations and pressure to purchase. Several users warn this is not a genuine prize and advise against calling or sharing information. The general consensus strongly cautions that these offers are too good to be true, recommending verification online before replying to such calls, which should ideally be ignored.

I've just received a call informing me that I've won a holiday after filling in an online survey, with options for either Tenerife, Costa de Sol, or Portugal, including lodging and four flights. They insisted that I ring 0800 9880335 within the hour to claim my 'prize'. Having fallen victim to a similar ruse in the past, I’m all too aware that this is likely a scam, but I thought it wise to do a quick check here first. To put it simply, there's no way I'm making that call!

I entered an online contest recently and received a phone call saying that I hadn’t won that one, but rather, I’d secured a week-long holiday in Tenerife, Portugal, or Spain. They urged me to ring this number within the hour to claim an additional freebie. However, after a quick search on this site, I uncovered another number linked to the same company, only to discover it was related to a timeshare sale. To say we’ll be steering clear of that call would be an understatement!

Same number, same deal, same knack for hitting up a search engine. Thank heavens I won't be giving them a ring!

I couldn't help but notice that the number appeared a bit too good to be genuine. Apologies for the confusion, but to be fair, I reckon a holiday in some sunny destination would go down a treat!

I’ve received the same call from these individuals. They tried to entice me with a complimentary night at a hotel in London, including a meal, plus a week-long holiday in Spain, Portugal, or Tenerife - all for free, they claimed! It’s nothing but a ruse. I strongly advise against responding to them!!!

I recently received an identical call. Out of curiosity, I decided to look up the number and stumbled upon this site. The internet really does have its perks for tracking down certain details!

I can't express how grateful I am for this site; without it, countless individuals would likely fall prey to these dodgy calls! I received a strange one from 08009880335, referencing HP2538 and probing into my joint income. It’s quite absurd, really, when they claim I've won a free holiday! Honestly, the moment they started asking about finances, that was my cue to be suspicious! Quite clear we won't be engaging with these chancers.

Indeed, we received the exact same scam on the 3rd of March. It's really disheartening to see people fall victim to such nonsense. I do believe that eventually, the internet will take care of these charlatans. Perhaps I shouldn't have participated in that survey - lesson learnt! No more for me. Cheers!

A couple of weeks ago, I filled out an online questionnaire, and lo and behold, I received a phone call saying I’d won a week-long holiday, complete with flights and lodging. The caller instructed me to ring 0800 9880335 and provide the reference number HP550. Naturally, I enquired about any potential strings attached, and the woman on the other end revealed it would set me back £29.50, despite the fact that the initial call was supposedly free. The number didn’t show any caller ID, so we decided against getting in touch with them.

Recently, I took part in a rather quick telephone survey that couldn't have lasted more than a minute, and shortly afterward, I received a call claiming I’d won a holiday. I was instructed to ring 0800 9880335 and given a reference number, which I have a feeling might have been the caller's commission code or something similar. However, after doing some research here, it’s clear I won't be making that call.

I've just received the same call. Truly grateful for the search engine and this site; we certainly won’t be accepting their proposal!

I received quite a few missed calls from a Spanish number, and curiosity got the better of me, so I answered one. Turns out it was Club leCosta! It seems our details were shared after we entered a competition at a motorcycle exhibition at Alexandra Palace. Honestly, I should have seen it coming. They promised us it wasn’t a sneaky data collection scheme, but clearly that was a bit misleading. The sales pitch was the same as others-plenty of offers, all subject to a minor admin charge. Quite the cheek, really!

Blimey! I never thought I’d come across so many others sharing the same sentiments. It makes you wonder why we resort to using search engines to track down a phone number when dodgy calls start flooding in. You’d think there’d be more awareness of this sort of thing, especially with the old adage that if it seems too fantastic, it likely is! Brilliant platform you’ve got here. Much appreciated!

I recently received a call from a lady at CLS who claimed we had won a seven-night getaway at a posh hotel, complete with flights. When I asked for more details, she hesitated and then mentioned something about timeshares, only to clarify that there was no pressure to make a purchase. Apparently, all we need to do is call this number and mention REF: HP45572, as there’s someone eager for our call. Honestly, it all sounds a bit dodgy to me!

We’re in the same boat! A seven-day trip for four, inclusive of flights and lodging, is on the cards - heading to Ten, Costa del Sol and Port. Just swing by our meeting in London, and we'll arrange a plush five-star hotel for your stay, complete with breakfast and an evening meal. During your visit, you’ll need to pick up your tickets and sit through a two-hour talk. While you're on 'holiday,' there's also a requirement for a 90-minute session as stated by them. Just a £29.50 administration fee to settle through our number 080090880335, quoting a reference number starting with ‘HP’. It's truly fascinating to witness the number of individuals cashing in on this!

I've just received the same phone call promoting a complimentary holiday. It’s not the grand prize of the Caribbean, but they’ve got Portugal, Spain, or the Canary Islands on offer. There’s even a free meal thrown in at a restaurant on Charlotte Street. It’s hard to believe that anything really comes without a cost these days. We're going to pass on the call since we already own a timeshare, which has been working out just fine for the last twenty years!

Hello everyone! Just wanted to share my experience from a call I received about 10 minutes ago. They claimed we had missed out on the grand prize of a holiday to Thailand, but lo and behold, we supposedly won a trip to Spain for four, complete with flights and accommodation. The chap on the line told me to call 0800 9889900 and provide a reference number, D2Vd701, to claim our prize. Honestly, it all felt rather dodgy. Stay vigilant, folks! Best wishes!

Likewise, I experienced a similar situation. Another call from HP; I had a stint down in southern Spain for a year and a half, and I distinctly recall alerting our son about this six-year con as we were nearing Murcia Airport last July. Those folks were rather quick off the mark, weren't they? A big thank you to "Google" and "Who calls us" for helping to confirm our worries. It's a real shame that our son wasn't just off on a lovely holiday!

What a stroke of luck for us! Not really. I’m so grateful for this website. We chose not to make that call, and I’m relieved we didn’t!
