Said it was £7 a month, covering spares and free call outs. They gave me a freephone number starting 0800 which I looked up online and it’s linked to Appliance Shield. That company supposedly has an office in Ruislip but when I checked Google Maps there were a few businesses there, no sign of the firm they mentioned.
