I just gave this number a ring back, and it turns out they’re an outsourced call centre. They handle inquiries for companies like Vauxhall, Barclays, O2, and the like. It seems they might have got hold of your number from any promotional material you might have glanced at ages ago. Just tell them to erase your number from their records, but do make sure to confirm your number with them to get that sorted out.
