Just got a robo call claiming to be from SSE asking me to do a customer service survey after I supposedly switched. Bit annoying really.

I’m currently in a nightmare trying to switch energy providers, it’s been so frustrating - honestly, I’d avoid dealing with them if I were you.

Got a call from this energy company, SSE, and honestly, it was a bit of a hassle. They rang up out of the blue trying to get me to switch tariffs, and I wasn’t really in the mood to be pushed into anything. Felt a bit like a sales pitch rather than a proper chat. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not something I looked forward to either. Would’ve preferred if they were a bit more straightforward and less pushy.

i tried calling sse’s customer service but the wait time was ages, getting through was a pain! finally got to speak to someone but the experience was pretty frustrating overall. not sure ill bother calling again unless its really urgent.
