I've been receiving calls from several different numbers throughout the day, and they all appear to be linked to HSBC. The odd thing is, we don’t even have an account with them ourselves! However, our former partner did have one, and she did notify them about her change of address. It’s just downright ridiculous that they think they can keep calling us! Every time we answer and inform them she no longer resides here, they promise to amend their records, but you're absolutely right-they never do!

I can confirm that this was indeed HSBC. When you dial the number, it clearly states, "You've received a call from HSBC." Typically, they contact individuals from this number once you've gone into an overdraft or exceeded your overdraft limit. Personally, we never bother to respond to them, it’s quite amusing, really!

Blimey, we stumbled upon this site after getting calls twice, only for them to hang up each time! Now, they’re bombarding us with calls - it’s like three times a day, often at ridiculous hours like 8:04 in the morning! It's utterly infuriating as our message inbox is getting filled with their nonsense. We refuse to answer any 0800 numbers, and as someone pointed out, these calls are from 0845. If they’ve got something to say, they ought to ring us from those numbers! Absolute madness!

While it’s true that HSBC might inquire about your date of birth, the folks on the other side ought to disclose some of their own details too. The moment we raised an objection to the rather dodgy call from an American woman, we found ourselves abruptly disconnected. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

Every time I ring that number, I get a rather annoying automated message stating I was called by HSBC Bank. They make it clear that there’s nothing I need to do and really, I have no intention of calling back. However, these blighters keep ringing incessantly! It’s absolutely infuriating dealing with these robotic calls. They bombard you for a couple of minutes and then mysteriously vanish. It’s a right nuisance! HSBC, if you’re reading this, for goodness’ sake, do something about your calling system!

I’ve been inundated with calls from various numbers lately, all purporting to be HSBC from their 0800 line. We’ve been disregarding these calls, but they are alarmingly persistent. Just the other day, they rang us at a quarter to eight in the evening, which was exceedingly annoying. Today, we finally answered and spoke to someone whose English was rather difficult to understand. Long story short, I’ve decided to switch banks, and I am now in the process of reclaiming all our bank charges. Despite their attempts to persuade us to reconsider, they can take a hike, HSBC!

We inquired as to who was on the line, and an operator with an Indian accent informed us it was HSBC. We pointed out the rather inconvenient hour, and wouldn’t you know it, the chap didn’t utter a word of apology before promptly disconnecting the call! This marks the third time recent weeks that HSBC have dialled our number, and each time the callers offer little more than silence. It seems like they've overrun our answerphone, with a staggering 38 rings over the past month. All we ever get is some garbled message from someone who clearly struggles to articulate themselves, showing no concern for whether it’s the morning or the wee hours of the night. To make matters worse, it turns out that it’s linked to HSBC, which leaves me utterly bewildered!
