We're currently in the midst of a disagreement with HSBC regarding their overdraft charges, and we've escalated the matter to the Financial Ombudsman. I'm 58 years old, and imagine our surprise when, at 8:25 on a Sunday morning, we received a phone call from these individuals. Honestly, we were still in bed, sound asleep! It’s outrageous; these people have shown themselves to be utterly despicable. It's appalling how they relentlessly pursue their customers over minor issues. We're in the process of lodging a complaint for harassment against HSBC.

Greetings, it appears to be HSBC reaching out.

In our experience, HSBC seems rather reluctant to disclose any information over the phone. It's much wiser to contact them using the number printed on the reverse of your card, especially if you're a customer. We've found ourselves in a bit of a pickle with some overdue credit card payments, but thankfully, our new job pays us the following day. That said, we were inundated with 17 calls from them in a single day! It would be splendid if companies could grasp that their customers prefer not to be harassed during weekends or after 6 in the evening.

We suspect it might be HSBC. In any case, steer clear of sharing any personal details over the phone. It’s far wiser to ring them using the number found on the reverse side of your card if you have an account with them. We've had a few credit card payments delayed-about a fortnight late-since our new jobs pay us on a different schedule. It was quite ridiculous receiving 17 calls from them all in one day! One would think these companies would understand that people generally prefer not to be disturbed on weekends or after six in the evening.

This number has been ringing me repeatedly, between two to four times daily, and they never bother to leave a message. It’s been dragging on for more than a month now; I really wish they'd just stop!

I just received a call from some chap in the depths of Delhi about my account being overdrawn due to absolutely outrageous fees imposed by my bank. Honestly, what a bunch of crooks! I've finally had enough and decided to switch banks after sticking with them for a whopping twenty-five years. Good riddance!

I recently received a call from some bloke in the heart of Delhi, claiming that I'd gone overdrawn with HSBC due to their outrageous charges. I've had enough of this nonsense and, after a quarter of a century with them, I've decided to switch banks. Good riddance!

Absolutely, it's those HSBC folks again, driving us up the wall! We've already contacted them to sort out an overdue account, indicating that payment is on its way, yet they just won’t take a hint. They have this annoying habit of calling us multiple times a day, constantly changing their routine from midday to early evening and even starting at the crack of dawn. It's genuinely infuriating! We’ve made it clear that we'll be settling the matter, but still, they keep pestering us. It’s beyond frustrating!

This number has been calling us repeatedly, and we have no idea who it belongs to. We've tried searching for it online, but nothing comes up. Does anyone have any insight into who might be behind these calls? We're hesitant to return the call or even respond, as it feels like it might be one of those nuisance calls, and quite frankly, we’re tired of it! M3X6

I've been receiving calls from this number on several occasions now. It's completely unfamiliar to us, and nothing pops up when I search online. Does anyone have an idea who might be behind it? I'm quite hesitant to answer or call back since it feels like just another nuisance call, and I’m thoroughly fed up with all these pesky interruptions! M3X6
