Got a call from a guy named Jay who said he was with Aviva car insurance, talking about some accident I supposedly had within the past year and a half. I told him I never had an accident and asked him to take my number off their list right away, saying it was a GDPR violation. Then they just cut me off.

I didn’t say a word, just kept the call open and then ended it myself. Seriously, something has to be done about these annoying calls. My landline is basically useless now, just getting spam and scammers ringing up at least four times daily. I’m signed up to the TPS and have anonymous call blocking on, but it doesn’t seem to help.
