Got a call from someone claiming to be my bank, but when I rang my actual bank, they had no clue about it. Seems like a proper scam to me. They even sent a letter saying I needed to call about some chargeback. Definitely dodgy!

got a call on 1/6/2020 on my google hangout but i never actually heard it ring

no voicemail left either which was odd

then i tried ringing back a different number they gave and it just said it wasnt in service anymore

definitely raised some red flags for me!
