I received a message from this number claiming to be Santander, alerting me to a dubious withdrawal on my account. The thing is, I don’t even have an account with them! Clearly, this is a scam!

Received a call from 0800 731 6667 saying they were Santander. They told me there’d been some transactions on my account and asked for my name, birthday and balance to confirm it. I fibbed all the way through, felt like a scam for sure, definitely wasn’t the bank.

Got a call yesterday from this number saying it was Santander, so I looked it up online. Didn’t feel right so I ended the call straight away. Then they phoned me back, but I told them I wasn’t giving out any details and just put the phone down again.
