My grandmother has been receiving numerous calls from this number, and unfortunately, she has fallen victim to their scams multiple times, resulting in money being withdrawn from her bank account. I've sorted her a new phone that features a talking caller ID and advised her to only pick up if the caller is familiar. The caller ID indicates it's from overseas.
Please exercise caution, as this appears to be a scam!

My stepdad has been receiving persistent phone calls claiming there's a last payment owed on a contract from last year. They refuse to communicate via email, insisting only on calls. It’s reached a point where he dreads picking up the phone! Just today, I (his daughter-in-law) answered one of their calls and I'm planning to ring them back soon!

I just received a call from them claiming I owe £149.99, asserting that I had paid £98.98 the previous year and even had my bank details on hand. They mentioned something about blocking calls. However, I can't find any evidence of a payment from last year in my records. To make matters worse, when they attempted to take the payment this time, my bank refused it. It definitely sounds like a scam to me. They even mentioned sending me a carbon dioxide detector!

Absolutely fraudulent! They assert they can help eliminate unwanted calls, yet they sneaked away with £149.99 from my account without my consent. All I received was a CO2 alarm, and I never even shared my details with them! It’s astonishing how they managed to charge me! I attempted to ring them, but lo and behold, their number is completely non-functional. Thankfully, my bank is sorting out a refund for me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
