We’ve got a deal with a firm named VETS 4 PETS, and even tho we pay every month for our pets’ care, they’re telling us our contract isn’t valid. We’ve tried to track down their parent company to raise a complaint, but had no luck. Wondering who’s actually in charge of this outfit? They gave us this number, 0800 587 0068, to call, but the person on the other end was rude and totally unhelpful. Proper frustrating!
