Received a call from individuals claiming to be with Microsoft, insisting on accessing our computer - they were incredibly pushy and would not take "no" for an answer. Typically, our communication provider safeguards against all 0800 numbers, but somehow these callers managed to break through. I intend to relay this information to both Virgin Media and Microsoft to see what steps can be taken against these pests. We tried calling them back, and they appeared to be checking our computer, but I've yet to unearth any details about them online. I'll continue to dig into this matter as these scoundrels are a real bother and should not be allowed to trick anyone.

I've been receiving continuous calls from this number - 08005200304, identified as Mr Khalil Chahin. It's becoming rather irksome! Has anyone else had dealings with Microsoft regarding this? I'm quite curious about the situation.

Received a call from 08005200304 today. The caller claimed to be from Microsoft and insisted that we needed to access our computer to sort out some issues, promising to guide us through it. We pretended we needed to consult another family member before proceeding and asked for a number to call him back. The caller readily provided the above number and told us to ask for a Fred Hall when we called back. However, we've decided against returning the call, as it all seems rather dodgy!

I received a call from individuals claiming to be representing Microsoft, insisting they required remote access to my computer for some sort of testing. However, they failed to clarify what exactly they were after, which raised my suspicions significantly. As soon as I hung up, they immediately called back. I made it clear I'd pursue legal action-quite serious about that, particularly since they seemed to know my name. Since then, I've not heard from them again. Quite a con, if you ask me! I did a bit of digging on the number they used, and it appears to belong to BRIC Investment. Just a word of caution to all!
