It appears that this group is Hardwick Financial Solutions. They seem to be making unsolicited calls targeting individuals who may be struggling with debt. The directors of the company include Mr Scott Sheedy, who is 41 years old (born in September 1972), Mr Paul Sheedy, who is 55 (born in July 1958), and Ms Kylie Whatton, also 41 (born in December 1972). Attempting the classic "you have been mis-sold PPI" fraud, they have employed my previous address from six years ago.

I have two ways of dealing with unwanted calls: either I ignore them completely, or I answer and respond using a pocket alarm attached to the mouthpiece. It emits a piercing sound without me having to say anything. However, even with these measures, I still receive up to ten unwanted calls in a week! The caller identified themselves as being from a company called Hardwick, a claims management company. They provided their website as http://hardwickppi.co.uk/. Needless to say, I gave them a piece of my mind… Now, how can I report this company when I'm on the Telephone Preference List (TPL)?

I just glanced at my phone and noticed that I received six calls from an unknown number. However, since I have already blocked that particular number, the calls go straight to voicemail. Surprisingly, they never leave a message. I am utterly frustrated and confused about the identity of these persistent callers. How can I make them stop bothering me?
