Could someone please put an end to these phone calls we keep receiving, usually three times a day? There seems to be no one on the other end, just eerie silence. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could assist with this issue.

I continuously receive calls from these unscrupulous individuals who keep dialing my terminally ill wife's phone number. It's quite frustrating as we wonder why the police haven't been successful in apprehending these fraudulent scammers.

These people are a complete nuisance. Why doesn't the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) put an end to this? I've managed to stop their calls on my mobile phone, but how can I prevent them from calling my landline?

They will continue to persistently call you without showing any concern or remorse. They are rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) is ineffective in getting rid of them. There was a call from a man named Josh claiming to be Scottish. On the second call, my husband had to handle the conversation, and he found their tactics and personal behavior extremely distressing, causing his entire day to be ruined.

I've come across a firm by the name of Full Financial Review. It seems they've rebranded from Credit Clear Services due to the overwhelming number of grievances associated with that title. They operate like your typical PPI claims outfit, trying to ensnare anyone who picks up the phone into a dubious PPI claim, ultimately enriching themselves rather than genuinely helping their clients. Both OfCom and the Telephone Preference Service are inundated with complaints about these blokes, yet no meaningful action appears to be taken. Despite my numerous pleas for them to cease contacting me, they often ring back the same day, perpetuating this annoying cycle. It might be high time individuals began voicing their frustrations about the ineffectiveness of TPS and OfCom, as it's painfully clear that neither organisation really does anything substantial to curb these unsolicited calls. If possible, block this number or, at the very least, save it in your contacts under the label “IGNORE”!

Introducing Full Financial Review, a company commonly known for their involvement in PPI claims. It seems their main aim is to unsuspectingly encourage individuals to make fraudulent PPI claims that benefit their business more than anyone else. Regrettably, numerous complaints regarding these untrustworthy practices have been reported to authorities such as TPS and OfCom. Despite these complaints, no significant actions have been taken against them. Despite my repeated requests for them to cease calling, they persistently reach out again on the same day, perpetuating an irritating cycle. It may be time for individuals to voice their concerns about the ineffective efforts of TPS and OfCom in combating unsolicited calls. If possible, consider blocking this company's number or at the very least label it as "IGNORE" in your phone contacts.

Earlier today, I received a phone call from someone offering financial advice. I politely declined their offer and ended the call. It's worth mentioning that I am registered with TPS (Telephone Preference Service).

When I called back, the person on the other end hung up as soon as I answered. When I called again, I was greeted by an answering machine explaining that it was currently outside of office hours. Why do they hang up when you answer the call?

I constantly receive silent calls at all times, which is extremely frustrating and driving me to the point of insanity. Even though I am registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS), it seems to have no impact or effectiveness.

A chap with a Welsh accent contacted us regarding concerns about mis-selling of mortgages. We engaged in a lengthy discussion with him, taking the time to understand his perspective. Eventually, we decided to test his knowledge by asking him to explain what a mortgage actually is. This brought the conversation to an end.
