SCAM ALERT - THEY STOLE MY MONEY I've never come across this company until now, and suddenly they've taken £18 from my bank for some membership I never agreed to. This definitely needs to be reported to the authorities asap!

It wasn’t until nearly a year later that I realised £220 had been taken from my account without me authorising it. I got in touch with my bank straight away, and they blocked the company responsible. I’ve emailed the company about 20 times and was told the money would be refunded by Friday morning. Meanwhile, I spoke with a local police fraud officer, who recorded the calls and checked all the emails I had saved. He had me call the company again while he listened in. Seriously, watch out for this number - it’s completely dodgy. I got caught out through eBay.

Total rip off. Saw that £18 was taken out of me mum's bank account. Gave them a ring and they said I'd signed up for a free 30-day trial, then a £18 monthly charge. I never signed up for anything, certainly not with me mum's card. They promised to cancel the subscription and give the money back. Next step's getting in touch with me mum's bank.

I noticed some dodgy £18 charges coming out of my Barclaycard. Looks like it's been happening every month. Spotted the first one this September, so I rang Barclaycard and they said there was also one in August for the same sum. The calls seem to be linked to some number starting with 0800, but the transactions trace back to Switzerland. Really trying to get to the bottom of this.

This wasn’t a phone call but an email that landed in my inbox, telling me I supposedly signed up for a discount plan that’ll cost me £15 every month.
