I've started keeping track of all their calls and sending the details to the police. It's pure harassment - they ring me at least 4 or 5 times daily, and no one ever answers. Somebody rang up pretending to be from my phone network, saying they have a better deal for me. They wanted my bank account details for direct debit, plus the long number on my card so they could take £1 and put it back on the first bill. Luckily, I ended the call before they started asking for stuff like my mum’s maiden name, the name of the first school I went to, and my favourite colour. Proper phone scammers, honestly.

Then, on the subsequent day, the 13th of November, I was called two more times - once at 2:24 PM and again at 5:26 PM. Quite a persistent caller, I must say!
