The bloke said he’s from 3 Mobile and seemed like he had some info from them since he knew my old 3 mobile number and even my daughter’s number who still uses 3. He’s been pestering her as well, nonstop calls. The caller, who sounded foreign, was offering a SIM only deal that sounded too good to be real, then started asking loads of personal info and wanted me to confirm my bank details - which I obviously refused. I’ve now blocked the number but I’m worried they might start calling from other numbers.

They claimed to be from three phone company and tried to sell me a deal on a contract sim that sounded way too good to be real. Hey folks. Just sharing what I do here. I’ve got an iPhone 4s, if it matters. What I do is go to settings, then Do Not Disturb, switch Manual on, set Allow Calls From to All Contacts, Silence to Always, and turn off repeated calls. So, whenever I get a call, my phone stays silent unless it’s someone saved in my contacts, but I still get their voicemail. Really helps block out all the random calls from people not in your list. Saves loads of trouble, honestly.
