Got a call from Three mobile marketing, they wanted to pitch me a new contract even though I'm already with them. The chap on the phone was pretty decent, I told him I wasn't up for it right now and he took it well. He went on a bit about why the deal was good but didn’t push too hard, just asked if I could let anyone else know about it. Overall, polite and pleasant, no pressure whatsoever. I reckon I was pretty lucky with this one!

I've received quite a few calls from 0800 345, and every time I've checked on here, they're meant to be from Three. But the numbers always change - they all start the same but end with different digits like 4460, 4559, and 9145. If these are legit calls from Three, why are the numbers never the same? Feels a bit dodgy. I've seen others suggest calling Three to stop the marketing calls, but do I have to ring back every single number they use? I kinda reckon that ringing one number won't block the others they call from!

Got a call from some guy saying he was with the 3 network, using my dad’s name to get me to buy another phone line or something. The bloke had an Indian accent and asked for personal info, so I didn’t give him any details. Definitely don’t trust these calls, they’re not legit. I just ended the call straight away.
