I received a call from a chap named 'David,' though his accent was quite tricky to decipher. He claimed to be reaching out on behalf of one of the energy companies-was it British Gas, Eon, or Npower?-I couldn't quite keep track. He mentioned they were struggling to get a meter reading from our end, but oddly, he couldn't provide me with our meter serial number or any pertinent details. However, he was insistent that all would be revealed if I were to return his call. Quite peculiar, if you ask me!
