Some bloke named David phoned me, but I could barely catch what he was saying because of his thick accent. He claimed he was from whichever company supplies our electricity - British Gas, Eon, or Npower - I wasn’t sure. Apparently, they’d been struggling to get a reading from our meter. The weird part is, he didn’t have our meter serial number or any real details on hand but said if I called him back, he could give me all that information. Bit dodgy if you ask me.
