I've been getting about four or five calls every now and then as well. If you don’t pick up straight away, they get rude, and if you tell them they’ve got the wrong person, they accuse you of lying! They really don’t give a damn. From what I can tell, there’s probably some sort of automated system ringing loads of numbers at once, and once you pick up it lights up on their screen so an agent can then talk to you. It’s all to speed things up for them. Might just have to get myself a whistle to blow right into the phone whenever one of these calls comes through!

If someone calls without saying who they are, you don't actually get disturbed - the phone just gives you some choices to deal with the call.
