I did use their site to check fibre broadband prices but didn’t go any further coz loads of people say their customer service is rubbish and the connection keeps cutting out. I’ve blocked the number and marked it as a nuisance.

Virgin Media? I’ve never had Virgin Media at all, but now they say I owe bills for something I don’t even have? I’m with Sky, and they had my correct address, so no sign of Virgin Media here. Sounds like some kind of scam to me? Not 100% sure, but what I do know is I’ve NEVER had Virgin Media and don’t want it either. So, Virgin, please stop calling me every single day, it’s driving me mad! I’ve told you I don’t have your service and don’t want it. That’s it, rant done... for now anyway! O.O

I’ve had this number ring me six times on the 11th of July, 2023, and then once again today, the 12th of July. I’ve chosen not to pick up, and interestingly, the caller hasn’t bothered to leave a voicemail during any of those seven tries. Very odd indeed!

Got calls from Virgin like three or four times every day after I checked out other broadband providers on their website. They're real pushy, trying to get me to sign a contract quick. Today, every call had a different "special offer" if I agreed right away online. Honestly, the calls felt pretty scary and over the top.

This number definitely belongs to the Virgin Media sales team. I got a call from them and when I answered, there was a pause before a woman greeted me. I said hello too but was a bit suspicious it might be a scam. They mentioned I'd asked about Virgin Media online (which is true) and checked if I still wanted help, which I did. We talked about their packages and I ended up buying the larger bundle. I got confirmation by email and text shortly after. Everything arrived as promised and a Virgin Media staff member even came to help set it all up. So yeah, this number is legit and not a scam.

Virgin Media keeps ringing me loads of times every day ever since I checked their broadband deals on their website. I told them over and over last week that I’ve signed with someone else, and each time they promised to take me off their list. Obviously, that’s not happened. Blimey, they just don’t give up! Asked about Virgin on Monday evening and since then, calls have been flooding in. Voicemails get left but there’s either no-one there, a dog howling, or just some bloke tapping away at a keyboard. I’ve even signed up online yet I’m still getting about 10 calls daily. Had two calls today mere seconds apart! If only they left a proper message telling me who they are, I might actually answer next time.

Every time I answer this number and say hello, the caller just drops the call immediately. It’s happened about a dozen times over the past few days. Received a call earlier, and it seemed bizarre. They appeared to know I'd been browsing the Virgin Media website, which threw me off. The voice on the other end sounded like some bloke meandering down the street. Naturally, I queried how he obtained my number, since I hadn’t provided it anywhere. I’m utterly exasperated with the incessant barrage of scam calls I receive! I’ve taken to blocking every number that comes through, but here’s the kicker: I’m anxiously awaiting a hospital appointment and haven’t a clue what the number will be. After a painstaking wait of a year and a half, it’s quite possible that I could miss this crucial call. Just imagine how they’d feel if it were their own loved ones facing this frustration. Bit unsettling really. They say I did a search but never finished an order. It’s quite likely it was Virgin Media, since I’d been looking at their website a few hours before to check out their broadband offers, as I’m considering switching providers.
