So my yahoo email got locked and I tried ringing what I assumed was their support, turns out it wasn't on this site. They wanted to connect to my laptop remotely and had control before I even realised. They basically wiped everything. Thanks a lot.

I tried to get help with my blocked yahoo email and rang what I believed was their support number. Turns out it wasn’t and I nearly ended up sharing personal info. When I mentioned I wasn’t happy with how things were going, the caller just cut me off immediately. Definitely a scam - watch out and stay cautious!

I found this number online saying it was a Yahoo support line. When I rang, they asked for my bank info, claiming there was a fee to reset my password - total nonsense, if you ask me.
