I've just done a search on this number after being inundated with calls over the past month. Santander informed us after the initial call that they would never ring us directly and that we should reach out to them instead. Then, a couple of weeks later, we received a letter that looked quite like the one mentioned above, giving us 30 days to respond. To make matters worse, less than a week later, we got yet another call stating our account was on the verge of being frozen. They even sent us a return envelope along with some forms to fill out. This all reeked of a highly orchestrated scam, if you ask me.

I got a correspondence from Santander featuring this number, and let me tell you, it’s a SCAM!!!!!!! They’re claiming I could be a tax resident elsewhere, yet I've never set foot outside the UK. DO NOT share any of your personal information with them !!!!!!!!!!
