4 yearsI've been getting calls from this number quite a bit over the past few weeks, so I decided to check it out. The first time, Santander told me they wouldn’t call out of the blue and that they’d always ask me to get in touch with them first. Then, a couple of weeks ago, we got a letter in the post that looked just like the one mentioned here, giving us 30 days to reply. Not long after, they called again saying our account was going to be frozen. There was even a return envelope with forms to fill in.
