Got a letter claiming to be from Santander telling me I needed to settle my loan straight away because I’d broken the terms. The number they want you to ring is 08000851759. But the letter looked dodgy - no official logo, no address, and no email anywhere on it. Felt off to me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon Prime, sounded like a robo call. Pretty sure it was dodgy, probably a scam.
