Watch out for these lot, they’re proper tough on the phone and know exactly what they’re up to. I was fortunate my bank managed to get my money back, but they did manage to take quite a bit from me. I’d be dead in the water without my bank’s help! Never thought I’d get caught out by a scam either, so be super cautious about where you share your bank details. Your bank will never ring you out of the blue - they’d always contact you first through email or chat, or you’d have got in touch with them first!
