Got a call from this number about my son, saying he’d gone over his overdraft and needed to put money in to stop charges. Didn’t catch the end properly ‘cause I was yelling at him. He totally denied using the account. I was so angry, took him straight to our local Santander to get a mini statement and check the balance, and he’s nowhere near overdraft. Got called by this number about four times over the past couple of days. Just a few mins ago I picked up and they claimed to be from Santander.

These callers keep ringing my elderly folks, who are 86 and 91. They say they’re from Santander but are actually after their grandson, who used to live with them years ago. He left about 15 years back, and we’ve told them that plenty of times. They’re phoning up to four times daily, and it’s really getting on their nerves. This constant annoyance is taking a toll on their wellbeing and it’s just not right.
