Just had a bump on the road and got a call from someone claiming they were working with my insurance provider, wanting details about the accident. They didn’t ask for my payment info or anything, but kept pressing for my address and date of birth - things that my insurer should already have on file. Feels dodgy to me, probably a scam or someone fishing for personal info to sell.

So this bloke calls me up and starts saying I’m living in council housing illegally, which isn’t true at all. When I asked for his company name, where he was calling from, and a contact number to ring back, he just cut me off straight away. Proper dodgy behaviour.

Pretending to be officials from the area. This number is linked to TELNYX UK LIMITED, located at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. Apparently, it's owned by some Polish folks, possibly this David Casem who might be living in Ireland or something.

They were pretending to be officials from local government. The number is registered to TELNYX UK LIMITED, located at 71-75 Shelton St, London, WC2H 9JQ. As far as I know, it's owned by some Polish folks. One of them might be David Casem, who seems to be based in Ireland or something.
