So I answered the call and discovered that Littlewoods had slapped a £12 fee on me just for ringing about an overdue payment. I admit it’s partly my fault, I did send a payment but it was less than what I owed by mistake. Then they hit me with a £12 charge just because I underpaid by £20! Honestly, once I clear the £60 I owe, I'm done dealing with them.
