She doesn’t really remember if anything was mis-sold way back, but the firm will look into it, which apparently takes around three weeks. A mate from work suggested Brunel Franklin after they just got £631 back for mis-sold PPI. They do take 36% of whatever they recover, but they seem legit, very approachable and helpful. Just so you know, we rang them based on the recommendation, not because we answered a random call.
