We’ve got a poorly baby and been in and out of hospital loads, finances are really tight. We told them all this but they didn’t seem to care and said they’re passing it on to debt collectors. Now my wife is getting calls all day long - like 5 or 6 times in the morning on her mobile, then another 5-10 times on the house phone in the afternoon. They keep demanding money even though we explained we just don’t have it, and they keep saying it’s been handed over to debt collectors. It’s really stressful.

Yeah, I told them I’ve been stuck in hospital so no money coming in and asked if they could help me sort a payment plan. They just wouldn’t listen. I told them I can’t pay anything till I’m fit and working again. Now they keep calling me over 6 times a day, starting as early as 7 in the mornin and as late as 9 at night. It’s just ridiculous.

I’ve had the same number ringing me loads of times daily for more than a week. I use a Google Pixel, and if someone not in my contacts calls, the phone shows the caller ID based on Google search info. This particular number always shows up as a “possible spam caller,” so I just ignore it. However, there was one call from a different number a few days ago which Google identified as “shop direct,” so I assume it’s connected. I also checked another reverse lookup site which claimed it was Littlewoods.

Very / littlewoods. I didnt miss a payment but this month I couldnt keep up with the minimum. I paid what I could since I got sick, and now they keep calling constantly even tho I’m only a few days late. They ring me super early, like 7am, and as late as 11pm when I’m trying to sleep and kids are asleep too.
