08000487559 I’ve had this number ring me four times over just a couple of days, and each time it called straight back after I hung up. On the last try, my phone screen was cracked and wouldn’t let me swipe away the call properly. After messing about for a bit, I accidentally answered it and heard the person use my first name. For anyone not savvy with tech, that might’ve sounded like a legit call, enough to tempt you to answer next time. Honestly, this sounds dodgy as hell.

I got a call from some place named "Affordable Offers" that claimed to have deals on mobile contracts and stuff like that. Sounded like they were trying to pitch some phone plan or similar. Honestly, wasn't really sure if it was legit or just one of those sales calls.
