After giving it some thought, I decided to turn off my computer and disconnect from the network. Upon firing everything back up, it appears that the issue has resolved itself. Quite the cheek, I’d say!10 yearsI phoned the number and a lady named Lauren answered, claiming to be from Microsoft. I threw a few questions at her just to be sure. She advised me to switch off my computer for about an hour. I followed her advice, but I also went ahead and rebooted my router.
