I received a couple of calls from someone claiming to be from BT. I chose to ignore the first one, but when the second call came in, they started probing me with security questions. I decided to hang up right away.

I’ve received a call from BT, and it’s rather infuriating. They leave a message instructing you to return the call to this number. When you do, a robotic voice chimes in, confirming it's BT. Then it states that if they still need to chat, they're going to ring back later. What a complete farce!
