This isn't a scam at all. The call actually comes from Dun & Bradstreet, and the site they mention is their legit website with no sketchy or custom links, so it can’t be some kind of targeted fraud. Sure, robocalls are irritating, but this usually happens if you’ve registered a Limited Company and needed a DUNS number, or if you just happen to have a phone number that used to belong to someone who did.

This is definitely a con. From what others have mentioned, they'll keep ringing you over and over. They wanna see if your line is active before passing info to third parties and scammers. Don’t bother clicking on the site they send you, as they’ll try to trace your ISP and where you’re at, all for some dodgy people to get their hands on. Basically, they end up with your phone details, location and ISP info.
