Reports on phone number 08000151210
3 yearsAccording to prior notifications, I recently received a call from someone identifying themselves as 'Habib'. They requested that I verify some personal information, including my name and date of birth, concerning my Lloyds banking account. The caller claimed that this communication was genuine and encouraged me to ring 0800 015 1210 with a reference number to confirm its authenticity. A. For the record, I don’t even hold a Lloyds account. B. I was informed that the purpose of the security questions was to safeguard my information, yet if they were privy to my details and so was I, who were they actually protecting? C. Furthermore, as referenced in an earlier message, I was told a text message had been sent to prepare me for this phone call, but I’ve received nothing of the sort. D. I would strongly advise considering this a scam - quite a clever attempt, but ultimately a scam. In short, I shall be steering clear of this!HabibLloyds6 yearsI received a call and an email regarding a complaint that I wasn’t even aware of, requesting further details about my identity. In my response to the email, I made it clear that I hadn’t submitted any complaint and wouldn’t be sharing any personal information via phone or email. Shortly after, a woman called me again, pressing for my private details, to which I repeated my stance on not disclosing any information that way and insisted on seeing this supposed complaint letter. She abruptly acknowledged this and hung up. Definitely a scam!7 yearsGave me a bell, but then all I got was dead air.7 yearsI received a call purporting to be from Halifax concerning my complaint.
