I got a call from Kantar Research asking me some questions about anti-social behaviour around here. They wanted to know if I thought crime was getting worse or better. What started as a quick 20 minute chat somehow dragged on for two days! Haha. They told me they store the info and would send me a voucher afterwards. From what I gather, they’re a proper research company that do all sorts of surveys and consulting work.

I've had multiple calls from 08000151037, each time with a voicemail saying I should ring back. They claimed to be from the Food Standards and mentioned a reference number 533 about food recalls. Just a heads up, the real Food Standards Agency wouldn't be using an 0800 number like this. Definitely looks like a scam to me.

Got a call from someone named Ellie Walsh who said she was doing research for the British Sports Council through TNS. She asked for this number to check it. She promised my number would be removed afterwards. I haven’t phoned back since I’ve read elsewhere that calling might cause lots of annoying calls.

We received a call from a Melanie Wymer associated with Kandor Operations Media. During the conversation, she mentioned they were conducting a survey relating to teenagers and asked for our son’s name along with when he might be interested in participating, as he had previously taken part in similar surveys. They inquired about how many individuals under the age of 19 reside in our household and requested their names and dates of birth. We only shared our son's age and name. Do you think there's a chance they're fishing for personal information?

Got a call claiming to be from something called GPIS or whatever, said it had something to do with the living wage. Sounds like a total scam to me, watch out!
