They seem utterly oblivious to our requests, ringing us outside the agreed hours. The first instance was on a weekend, around 6pm, followed by another call during the week at 9pm, and yet again at 7:30pm. They claim to be conducting a survey for N-Power and are requesting meter readings. However, I can't shake the feeling that something fishy is going on here. After all, it’s rather peculiar to receive a call from your energy supplier concerning such matters in this manner. I’m seriously considering taking further action and reporting them.
