Got a text from someone called Flex, told me to ring them back but didn’t say why.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Revolut, saying I'd tried to open a business account. They actually knew loads of my personal info! I made it clear I never applied for anything like that. Then, I phoned the number they gave me from my mobile and it sounded legit, like the bank. But after checking online for the real Revolut number, it turned out to be different, so I reckon it was a scam after all.

Got a call from a number I didn’t know, but at first there was just silence. The connection sounded a bit off, though I think the person on the other end was making it seem worse than it really was. They said they were ringing from some company, but when I asked for the name, I didn’t recognise it at all. Not wanting to risk a scam, I just ended the call. This happened earlier today and I haven’t heard back since. It might have been legit, but I figured it’s worth noting just in case.
