Got a call from a really smooth bloke claiming I’d been picked for a rare investment chance with a horse racing firm, promising sure-fire profits. He then started asking loads of personal cash details to 'confirm' I met the criteria for this supposedly one-off deal. I was curious about how deep he’d take it, so I played along and fed him a bunch of made-up info, which he kept jotting down. Feels like a scam for sure, but I’m not quite sure what the endgame was meant to be. Could be something drawn out. I’ll post again if they ring back.
