Got a text saying I’ll be getting a call from 0333 0459502 claiming to be the Lloyds Fraud Team, after I reported a dodgy Amazon order. Seems like a classic bit of fraud to me.

Someone rang me saying they were from Halifax about a payment that supposedly got blocked. I checked with Halifax directly using my card info, and they did say there was a payment held up, so I guess this number +44 7897 015982 is linked to the payment issue. Just wanted to confirm by calling Halifax myself to be sure.
