I recently made an online inquiry at the Carephone Warehouse website regarding a new phone. Even though I didn't complete the order, I received a text message saying that the delivery is on its way. What's more concerning is that the delivery service (DPD) shows the expected delivery date that was mentioned in the discussion. I'm wondering and quite worried about how this information was accessed so easily, especially considering that my laptop has up-to-date security software.
