I've recently come across a chap by the name of Simon, or so he claims, who seems to be affiliated with something called Depot 44. He has been firing off text messages to unsuspecting individuals, requesting payment for delivery charges on some mysterious parcel. To make matters worse, he includes dodgy links in his messages that raise red flags. While I'm not certain that his actual name is Simon, for the sake of clarity, let’s stick with that moniker.

Got a call about a parcel delivery but it turned out to be a scam. Be careful everyone!

So this morning i got a message saying a guy called Simon tried to drop off a parcel i was never expecting, must’ve been super early since it came in at 7am. Got one just like it last week but from another number. Blocked and dumped it straight away!

kept saying not in even tho the package had already been dropped off. wasnt expecting any deliveries anyway.

hiya, just wanted to share this. got a text supposedly from royal mail asking for £1.20 to resend a parcel. gave them my card details straight away, but luckily i went down to the sorting office and they told me it was a scam. pretty sneaky too, said they weren't leaving red cards because of covid. luckily, i cancelled my card before anything else happened. watch out people!

got a text from this number saying simon tried to drop off a parcel but no one was home. strange thing is, no one was out - we were here all along. feels like one of those dodgy parcel payment scams to me, not buying it at all.
