Got a call at like 3 in the morning but didn’t answer.

It seems there was a chap called Simon who popped by today to drop off a parcel, but alas, no one was around to receive it, so he couldn’t complete the delivery. He sent me a text asking me to click a link to reschedule the parcel delivery for another day. The thing is, I’m completely baffled because I wasn’t anticipating any parcels; I haven't actually placed any orders!

Got a text from someone called Simon about a parcel I'd never ordered - total scam. I don't know where they got my number from. Just blocked the number and deleted the message. Seems pretty dodgy to me!

Out of all the times, Simon decided to text me at 2:08 in the morning saying he tried to drop off a parcel but no one was around. He wanted me to rebook by clicking on a link! Honestly, who even tries to deliver anything that early? I’m not falling for that sneaky trick. I’ve blocked the number straight away. If you get a message like that, definitely don’t click the link - it’s dodgy and could be harmful! Stay safe, folks!

I got a rather strange message that didn't quite have the usual polished tone you'd expect from the likes of Royal Mail, DPD, or Hermes. It said something along the lines of, "Simon tried to drop off your parcel today, but alas, nobody was around. You can sort out a new delivery date here: ..." I realised it was a scam immediately since I hadn’t placed any orders recently, and the phrasing felt off - not to mention the dodgy link. Just a word of caution, it's all too simple to mistake such messages for genuine ones!
