Today I got a message from some guy called Simon who said he tried to drop off a parcel but nobody answered the door. He wanted me to follow a link in the text and arrange another day to get it redelivered. Thing is, I wasn’t waiting for any parcels at all, I haven’t bought anything recently!

Got a text from someone called Simon about a parcel I'd never ordered - total scam. I don't know where they got my number from. Just blocked the number and deleted the message. Seems pretty dodgy to me!

Out of all the times, Simon decided to text me at 2:08 in the morning saying he tried to drop off a parcel but no one was around. He wanted me to rebook by clicking on a link! Honestly, who even tries to deliver anything that early? I’m not falling for that sneaky trick. I’ve blocked the number straight away. If you get a message like that, definitely don’t click the link - it’s dodgy and could be harmful! Stay safe, folks!
