Got a text from this number asking if some recent purchases on my credit card were legit. Two were things I’d bought, but one was completely foreign. They told me to reply with Y or N and said I’d be connected to the fraud department. I didn’t reply though, because when I looked it up online, it turned out to be a scam.

Got a few texts claiming to be from Marbles about some transactions that didn’t show up on my account. I rang the number on my card to double check and Marbles said yeah, the messages were legit and those payments had been tried but got declined.

Got a text from this number a moment ago, it included my full name but the card amount mentioned was wrong since I haven’t bought anything lately. The only places that have my card info are Just Eat and Fat Face - maybe one of them got hacked and someone stole customer details? I’m definitely going to notify my bank about this. Looks like they also somehow got hold of my phone number.

Got a message saying there were transactions on my real bank account, which freaked me out cause how did they even know! I’ve blocked the number and reported it now. They asked to reply with Y or N to confirm something. It came right after another text that showed up as 'Marbles' on my phone, but the two accounts mentioned had nothing to do with each other. Proper suspicious if you ask me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Aqua credit card folks, asking about some payments I’d done. They were all mine but not the usual kind I make. Felt good that they double checked it was me.

Got a text from someone called Marbles saying there’s been an attempt to use my card fraudulently. They mentioned I’d get another message asking me to reply Y to confirm a payment or N to talk to a fraud operator. Looks dodgy to me, so don’t respond to that number! I’m reporting it just in case.

Got a text from this number warning me about some dodgy stuff on my Aqua card. I didn’t hang about and called Aqua straight away to check if it was legit. They told me it was all okay, so no worries there.

They sent me a text claiming to be from Aqua’s fraud department, saying there was suspicious activity on my card at Sainsbury’s. Pretty weird cause they knew my full name and even the last four numbers of my card. Felt a bit off but complicated to just ignore with all those details.

Got a bunch of texts claiming to be from Marbles fraud team. I called my credit card company, cancelled my card and got a replacement sent out. Thankfully, haven’t had any more messages recently. It’s crazy how they even get access to such info! Banks and credit card companies seriously need to do better to protect us.

Got a text using my full name, asking if I’d made card payments at a couple of places, including one for a tiny 0.01 pre-authorisation. They even named some shops I mightve been to. I recently ordered a new card from my bank and double checked all my accounts, just to be safe. Though most ppl said it was probably a scam, I went ahead and blocked the number and reported it through the Hiya app.

Some bloke rang up saying he was from the Marbles Fraud Team, told me there was dodgy activity on my account and that I’d get a text soon with a number to ring back. Never got the message, but then the same lot phoned me on my landline claiming the same thing. Had a proper look at my online account and there was nothing sketchy or pending at all, so clearly a scam. What’s worrying is these scammers have both my mobile and landline numbers.

I got a call from someone pretending to be my credit card company, telling me there had been suspicious transactions. Some things they said were actually right, which made it tricky. They tried to convince me to let them handle the problem. Don’t fall for it - just block the number and contact your credit card company yourself to be safe.

Got a message at 5:58 in the morning asking if I’d made a Tesco purchase for £106.52 at exactly that time today. It also mentioned some zero-cost parking charges in Tunbridge Wells twice yesterday. The text told me to reply with a “Y” or “N” to verify. The weirdest thing was the way it started: “Hi Mr Anthony Bush!” I double-checked my bank accounts online and couldn’t see any transactions like that. Didn’t bother calling or replying to that number.

Got a message asking if two credit card charges were mine, basically to reply Y or N. They weren’t, so I said no and my card got blocked. Then the next day the credit card company gave me a ring, cancelled the card, and refused those charges.

I got a call from an unknown number and they said it was something about a Marbles credit card. Totally confused as I don’t even have one.

Just got a call from Marbles saying there was some dodgy activity on my card. They said they've frozen it and that a new card’s on its way. Logged into my account right after the call and sure enough, it showed a new card being issued.

This was a total money trick. Somehow they got hold of my card info and tried making payments with it. Then, pretending to be from my bank, they sent a message from this number asking me to verify the charges. I quickly blocked my card and let the bank know about it straight away.

They've been calling pretty much every day. I always ignore it because they never bother leaving a voicemail. I looked it up on Google but nothing useful came up, so I'm guessing it's just some sort of spam.
