It seemed fishy because some folks said it was from the NHS, others mentioned the Post Office - mine was the latter. They then asked for my full name, DOB and address, and after that, they wanted £1.20 for “redelivery.” That’s when they tried to get my card details, so I hung up straight away. Feels like a scam to me, though it might be covid-related nonsense. I’ve never had to pay for redelivery before, and the £1.20 charge is rubbish anyway - 1st class stamps only cost £1.00 now.
