Just got a recorded call warning about strange charges on my credit card, telling me to ring them back. Didn’t call back or provide any info, and you shouldn’t either. I rang my bank using the official number and they confirmed it’s a scam with no odd activity on my account. The voice sounded like a woman, but I guess scammers use different ones. Please spread the word about this. It happened here in Manchester less than an hour ago. Stay alert and never share your details on the phone!
