Got a message at 3.53 in the morning! Not sure about you, but that timing alone makes me think it's best to just block the number and ignore it. Sounds like a total scam to me. Beware, this is a total scam that leads you to a site that looks just like the NHS. I read about it in The Independent back on 20 January 2022. They try to trick you into giving away your banking info and personal stuff. The actual NHS would never ask for postage payment for test kits through a website like that.
