Got a call from 07716079155 saying they couldn’t deliver a parcel to me, but I wasn’t expecting any packages at all. Feels like a scam to me.

Got a call that was definitely some kinda phishing scam, I blocked the number straight away.

Got a call claiming to be from the post office about a delivery they said they tried to make. They told me to click a link to fix the delivery, but it was obviously a scam.

This appears to be a fraudulent operation masquerading as the postal service, attempting to fish for your banking information.

It's a fraudulent post office scheme, best to just get rid of it!

What a dodgy operation! I just got a message claiming that the post office attempted to drop off my parcel at precisely three minutes past midnight. Who in their right mind would be working there at that hour? Definitely seems like a scam to me!

What a dodgy character Simon is! Definitely a scam artist through and through!

“Simon, is it??” My so-called friendly postman attempted to drop off a package at the most absurd hour-right around midnight, mind you! Honestly, I wasn’t even anticipating any parcels at that time... and, by the way, my local post office isn’t open at that hour! It all feels rather fishy to me - definitely a scam! Whatever you do, steer clear of that link!

I got a rather dodgy message claiming the post office had tried to deliver something while I was out, along with a suspicious link to click on. Seems like a classic scam to me!

“Simon??? Really? My so-called local postie came knocking with a parcel at the crack of midnight, and I hadn’t even ordered anything! My post office isn’t open at that time, so it all feels rather suspicious. Definitely seems like a scam or some dodgy trick. Seriously, don’t bother with that link!”

Just a heads-up-Simon isn’t your friendly neighbourhood postie. The POST OFFICE DOESN’T IMPOSE A FEE FOR REDELIVERY! If you believe you’ve got a parcel waiting for you, hop onto Google to find the official Post Office redelivery site. You’ll find they’ve even issued a caution regarding phony websites! Also, the Post Office won’t request your date of birth! Should you have shared any personal information, it's wise to report your bank card as compromised immediately! Be wary of clicking on links from emails or phone calls; always go through Google to reach the official site of the company (especially when it comes to banks). Stay safe!

Just echoing what others have said, really.

I find it rather peculiar that I received a message from this number just when I was anticipating a parcel for an eBay customer. The text claimed that Royal Mail had been unable to deliver it, but upon looking into the tracking information, it turns out it was actually delivered without a hitch. Just a heads up, stay vigilant!

Got a text from someone saying they tried to leave a parcel for me but no one was in. It was signed off by “Simon” or something. There was a link to a site pretending to be the post office which asked for your details, like name and stuff - weirdly it didn’t even care what name you put in, just accepted everything. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

I haven't placed any orders recently, yet I've just received a notification about a missed delivery. I'd advise against clicking on the link provided; it seems rather dodgy.

Oh, I can relate! I received a notification claiming that a chap named Simon attempted to drop off a package. I know my postie well, and I can guarantee his name isn't Simon! 😂
